Orange County-based technology consulting firm UpperStrata focuses on custom software development for enterprise applications and web systems. We excel at state-of-the-art technology and offer business intelligence and experience to harness it.

The company was founded in 2000 by Matthew Scott, who spent more than 13 years in the technology industry, successfully managing large scale projects for multi-million dollar companies. Many of these same companies are now UpperStrata's on-going clients. Each member of the company’s staff is capable of seeing an entire project from design through final testing and implementation.
